More Marketing Won't Fix It. Your 8 Fixes Will.

EchoPilot audits your business against 92 checks and hands you a 90-day plan: the eight fixes that matter most, in order, with the evidence behind each.

Free score

Website, DNS, PageSpeed and search checks only. Three starts per day per address; results are kept 7 days. No account needed.

EchoPilot checks your marketing against 92 rules (website, search, local, reviews, social, conversion, content, analytics, brand and AI visibility), then tells you exactly what to fix first. Every check shows its evidence and source. No data? It says so. No invented answers.

Know where you stand. Fix what matters. One action at a time.

Before anything is written

Five things you get in the first hour.

Every plan starts with the same evidence. Nothing is drafted until the audit says what's worth drafting.

What this is

Audit. Explain. Draft.

  • Audit
Ten categories, 92 rules, three gating checks. Each rule reports pass, partial, fail or not-assessable, with the evidence behind it and a one-line fix.
  • Explain
Category scores and an overall score you can read at a glance, plus the delta since the previous run so you can see what changed.
  • Draft
On the Growth and Managed plans, EchoPilot drafts posts from your audit and memo for your approval; Managed also drafts Google Business updates and review replies. Nothing is published to a channel without a person approving it.
What this is not

Evidence, not promises.

  • It does not submit anything to search engines or directories on your behalf.
  • It does not claim that fixing a check will move a position, bring visitors or produce customers.
  • It does not invent data: if a source is unavailable or a credential is missing, the rule is marked not assessable and the reason is shown.

EchoPilot measures what a small business shows the world online and tells you what to fix, in plain language. It does not and cannot promise search positions, traffic, leads or revenue; those depend on your market, your competitors and the platforms themselves.

Questions

Before you run the free score

What does the free score check? The free score needs no account: website, DNS, PageSpeed and search checks on the public site, with the evidence behind each rule.

How is EchoPilot different from Echorank360? Echorank360 gives marketers the tools. EchoPilot does the marketing work for you. No dashboards to learn, no SEO expertise required. EchoPilot audits your online presence, tells you exactly what matters next, and on higher plans prepares the work for your approval.

Will this improve my ranking or bring customers? EchoPilot improves the marketing signals you can control — your website, listings, reviews, content and online presence. No honest marketing platform can guarantee rankings or revenue, because competitors and the platforms themselves affect those outcomes too. EchoPilot tells you what is present, missing or broken across your online presence and what to fix first. What happens after that depends on your market.

What if a source is not available? Each rule reads from a named source: your site, DNS, PageSpeed, a search provider, Google Business Profile, social profiles, directories or Echorank's AI-visibility API (AI visibility by Echorank). When a source is unavailable, the rule is marked not assessable with the reason and is left out of the score rather than guessed.

Does anything get published automatically? Only what a person on your account approved, with the approval recorded. On Managed, EchoPilot posts your approved drafts on the Facebook Page or LinkedIn you connect, at the time you see on each draft; you can change the time or cancel until it goes out, and editing a draft takes it back for a new approval. Every other approved draft is yours to post: download it as CSV or Markdown, or copy it. On Managed the browser extension also fills approved Google Business replies and updates into Google for you to click Post.

What if it isn't useful? If EchoPilot isn't useful in your first 14 days, email [email protected] and we refund the first payment in full.
